Today, since ex-dividend date is in three days, I added a small amount to my position in NNN REIT, Inc.(NNN). NNN is a high quality retail REIT that pays 5.51% dividend and has raised its dividend consistently for 33 years. Rated two green on Seeking Alpha. Currently undervalued, per FastGraphs. Some of their properties are Best Buy, 7/11, Walgreens, Bob Evans, and BJ’s Wholesale Club.
